Two North Carolina age group wrestlers were part of a highly successful Team USA delegation of age group athletes participating in the 2023 Tallin Open this past week in Estonia.

The Tallin Open is Europe's largest wrestling event, with over 2300 athletes from nearly 36 countries participating.

Holt Quincy of Greenville WC finished 5th in Freestyle and 9th in Greco-Roman. Gabe Rogers of Tar Heel Kids Wrestling Club placed 2nd in Greco-Roman and 3rd in Freestyle.

Combined, U.S. boys won 54 total medals in freestyle and Greco-Roman, with 20 champions and five double champions (winners in both freestyle and Greco-Roman).
