Pre-season training is in full swing across North Carolina, and NCUSA is committed to bringing the BEST training opportunities to wrestlers across our state.
This Saturday, September 24th, Western North Carolina wrestlers will have a chance to learn from '14 NCAA Champ Tony Ramos as he holds a clinic at Mitchell HS. Cost is only $35 for USA Members, and $50 for non-members. CLICK HERE to register.
Coming up in October several pre-season Fall Skill Academies will take place, including the first one at RS Central on Oct. 8th. App State assistant coach Josh Roosa will lead the Skill Academy, followed by the RS Central Clash.
Regional Training Centers across North Carolina are also holding regular workouts now, and many are offering "Super 32" training options.

North Carolina Amateur Wrestling Association is the state affiliate of the national governing body for the sport of wrestling in the United States of America, USA Wresting, or USAW. The purpose of NCUSA is to promote, develop and foster wrestling in the state of North Carolina.
