Team NC/North Carolina USA offers several levels of membership for Athletes, Coaches, Officials, Volunteers, and Media.

Athlete Memberships

Full Athlete Membership ($60)- Recommended for intermediate to advanced wrestlers OR any wrestler wishing to participate in USA events outside of the normal scholastic wrestling season. Valid at ALL NCUSA sanctioned events throughout the year, Regional events, National events, practices, and RTC practices. These are for wrestlers from pre-bantam through Junior divisions.

Limited Folkstyle Membership ($20)- Available for beginner wrestlers.. This membership is valid at  NCUSA sanctioned folkstyle events from September through the Elementary and Jr. High State Championships (early February) . It also covers wrestlers for local club practices (through the entire year), and serves as a league membership for youth leagues.
PLEASE NOTE: Limited Folkstyle memberships are NOT VALID at any “spring events” (events that occur after the Elementary and Jr. High State Folkstyle Championships), Regional, or National Events.
Limited Folkstyle memberships can be upgraded to a full membership at any time for an additional $45.

Open License ($70)- Wrestlers who are out of high school must hold an Open License to compete in any USA event.

High Performance Membership ($120)- Valid at all USA events, plus a lot of very nice additional gifts such as a deluxe membership card, video downloads, National team gear, signed posters, and much more.

High School Team Membership Program- $525 includes your club charter AND a FULL ATHLETE memberships for EVERY member of your high school team. (ex. If you have 20 athletes on your team you would get 20 full memberships PLUS your club charter, a SAVINGS of $600).  Available for high school teams only. Wrestling Leaders  Memberships (formerly known as Coaches or Officials memberships)  ($65 + background check fee)
All Coaches memberships require a background check. Basic Coaches memberships are good for free admission to local  NCUSA sanctioned events, and are required for coaching at all state, regional, and national events.

Copper/Bronze Certification ($60-$80)
Coaches may upgrade to a BRONZE LEVEL membership by completing the Bronze Certification Class. These are offered online as webinars, or at each of our state events. Bronze certified coaches are admitted FREE to state events, and Bronze certification is required for coaching in any regional or national event, including serving as a coach for any of North Carolina National Teams.

CLUB CHARTERS- $135 annually

Volunteer Memberships- FREE- Good for parents or others who plan to volunteer at local, state, regional, or national events.
