A great cause and some great action on the Mats at Saturday's Event!

The first annual Headlock On Hunger Tournament was held today in conjunction with the Southern Conference Championships! Nearly 200 competitors, including numerous state champions from North Carolina, Tennessee, and South Carolina turned out to help raise money and awareness for Eblin Charities Headlock On Hunger campaign to address childhood hunger in the Western North Carolina region.

Full Results from today's tournament can be found here.

In addition to the Headlock On Hunger Tournament, wrestlers and fans were also able to watch as SoCon wrestlers batlled to punch their ticket to St. Louis for the NCAA Div. 1 Championships! Over 500 wrestlers and spectators took a break from the youth tournament to help bring an air of excitement and electricity to the semi-final round of the Southern Conference Championships.

Full results from the SoCon tournament can be found here.

NCUSA presented Eblin Charities with a donation of today's proceeds prior to the finals of the SoCon Finals.

Special thanks to the US Army for providing athletes from the World Class Athlete program for a morning clinic, as well as generous support of the entire event!

Most of all thanks to everyone who came out to help us put the #HeadlockOnHunger
