Fargo Deadlines Approaching!

Cadet and Junior National Championships in Fargo, ND are just a little over one month away! If you are a North Carolina wrestler planning to attend this year's championships, please review the information below. Also, please visit the Cade/Jr. Championship page to download and complete a SIGN UP FORM with important information needed for the trip!

Also, if you need fundraising letters, please contact us for copies.

Deposit:    $150 deposit due June 23rd to Daniel Elliott (Head Coach) via check or PayPal Donation button on the NCUSAW website (www.ncwrestling.org).  Checks made payable to NCUSAW.  If paying via PayPal, denote wrestlers name in memo line on second page of form.  (mail checks to 205 McCraw Trail, Gaffney SC, 29341)
    
Balance: Balance due by July 9th via same process listed above.

Cost Breakdown: 

Option 1- TRAVEL/STAY WITH TEAM NC DELEGATION- If you travel and stay with Team NC Delegation and coaches leaving from NC July 15

Entry Fee/Coaching Fee:   $250 (Entry/registration fee, administrative fees, travel, and miscellaneous expenses for volunteer coaches/team leaders)

Vans/Transport/Hotel (optional):    $250 covers travel to Fargo, overnight stay half way, training sessions half way, transport and hotels on return trip to NC.

Hotel:    $75/Night hotel room divided by 4 athletes/room for duration of time in Fargo is broken down to $210 total cost.

Gear:    $230 (Most items optional) Team NC gear cost from online store.  Note that the only REQUIRED gear is a state approved Team NC Red/Blue singlet (from past National Team trips if necessary).  If you have these singlets this is not an additional cost for you.

OPTION 2- ARRANGE YOUR OWN TRAVEL/HOUSING- If you arrange travel, hotels, etc. personally the only cost you incur is the $250 Fee.

If you choose this route you must be in contact with state delegation prior to and during the tournament in order to be at scheduled events (registration, weigh-ins, meetings, etc.) on time and ready.
No meals are built into the cost of trip.  All meals are an additional cost to the athlete/family.

Each athlete is responsible for additional spending money.
