The Team NC Annual Meeting will take place Sunday, September 8th at the NC State Practice facility (Weisiger-Brown Building)  on the campus of NC State in Raleigh, NC.

'23-'24 was a record year for Team NC in many areas, and we look forward to building on this success moving forward into the '24-'25 season! The annual meeting is a place for ideas to be exchanged, proposals to be made, and leadership for the coming year to be selected.

The day will being with meetings of the coaches council, the clubs council, and the officials council beginning at 9am.

There will be a lunch break from 12noon-1pm.

The annual meeting will take place beginning at 1pm and lasting until approximately 3:00pm.

For clarification regarding membership and voting eligibility at the meeting, our by-laws state that:

8.2.3.1 For voting purposes membership is defined as purchased in the membership year prior to the election unless the election is six months into the membership year.
8.2.3.2 For voting purposes membership must be current on the day the election is held.

For the second part stating that membership must be current, this is interpreted as 1) having initiated your required background check for the 24-25 membership year (if required) and 2) having COMPLETED your Safesport requirement for the 24-25 membership year by 12:01 AM the day of the scheduled meeting (that means before the meeting, not during OR after).

The membership portal will open for renewals on or around August 23rd. You may begin renewing memberships and club charters, and requesting event sanctions for the 24-25 season at that time.

ALL wrestling leaders and any other interested stakeholders are welcome and encouraged to join us for the annual meeting, and we strongly encourage every club to have at least one representative present for the council meetings prior to the annual meeting.
