Jax Forrest turned in another impressive performance in the 16U/Cadet Greco-Roman National Championships, finishing 6th.

Forrest reeled off three 10-0 tech falls and a gutted out a 10-6 decision over Derek Guanajuato (AZ) before falling in the semi-finals to Tanner Frothinger (ID).

In the 5th place match Forrest jumped to a 13-5 lead, before a late flurry by Ruben Lorenzana (OH) resulted in a 13-13 loss on criteria.

Forrest advanced to semi-finals in both styles.  His 2x All-American  honors in his first Fargo appearance was one of the top performances ever by a North Carolina Cadet.
