Her performance capped an amazing year for the junior from Uwharrie Charter, who also became North Carolina's first 3X Fargo All-American this summer.

Earlier in the night champions from the Women's Invitational Championships held Feb. 8th were part of the Parade of Champions for the first time in history.

The historic accomplishments happened in Greensboro, which was blanketed with billboards for the weekend announcing Greensboro College's addition of a women's wrestling program for 2021. They become the first women's collegiate program in North Carolina, demonstrating the increasing recognition of the explosive growth of women's wrestling in North Carolina and across the nation.
