During the 2019 National Convention, the National Kids/Cadet Council, National Junior Council, Women’s Age Group Council and the National Coaches Council passed recommendations that were submitted to the USA Wrestling National Council of State Chairpersons for approval. Also throughout the year, the JOWC met to provide additional recommendations. In addition, the National Council of State Chairpersons also proposed recommendations for consideration for the USA Wrestling Board of Directors.The report below is comprised of the recommendations APPROVED and ADOPTED to the USA Wrestling Board of Directors related to USA Wrestling’s grassroots programming. These policies are intended to have an effective date of September 1, 2019 unless otherwise noted.
