Wrestlers participating in this event are qualified to participate in the following:

NC TOP 50- This event  is the FIRST event in the NC TOP 50 Series. Top 50 point earners will receive custom Top 50 T-Shirts and recognition.

NC Schoolboy Dual Team (Birth Years 2011-12)- Top 3 wrestlers of schoolboy age in each weight class will be invited to participate on the NC Schoolboy Dual Team.

NC USA National Folkstyle Championships- Any wrestler participating in the NC State Championships is eligible to participate in the USA National Folkstyle Championships.
