Congratulations to Matt Ceparano for earning All Tournament honors in Greco-Roman.

The UNC-Chapel Hill RTC hosted an open practice on Sunday, June 16th from 9-11 am. Cary Kolat ran practice in the UNC Wrestling Room.

The Grappling Event set for June 15th has been postponed to the Fall. We will reschedule the event in September or early October. Thanks for those who expressed interest in the event and please plan to join us in the fall!

The big news this week is the IOC’s selection of wrestling as one of three sports that will move forward to September for another round of competition for inclusion in the 2020 Olympics. Wrestling will compete against Squash and a combined bid by Baseball/Softball.
